I've spent years on stage and in studios — first as a professional dancer touring Europe, then as a coach and trainer in multiple studios and companies.

Body Confidence Training is the culmination of my experiences as a woman and a dancer. It is a blend of barre and sensual cabaret movements, accompanied by personalised coaching sessions.
